My name is Daniel Barrett, I live in Melbourne, Australia and have a passion for valid xHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.1. I have been making websites for 3 years now and I've enjoyed every second of it!
my nicknames and where you see them
- theblahman - this is my main nickname and also the oldest nickname. Came into being when playing Counter-Strike 1.6 and I thought it was a cool name... psssh, the things we do at the age of 14. In the Half-Life 1/2 editing world, this is the only name I go under. As you can tell it's certainly had an impact as the site is named after this nickname.
- Snakers - if you played on the Dath'Remar server on the Oceanic WoW servers during late 2007 to early 2008 you would've seen me, Snakers the Undead Rogue. I was in the Horde raiding guild <Zenith> before I quit WoW and decided to wait until WotLK comes out. Zenith is currently storming through Black Temple. I didn't raid much, only ventured into Kara several times and got lost every 5 minutes, I prefer destroying heroics.
- +|230 - back when I was fiddling with Ubuntu 7.xx I thought that I'd use the name +|230 (or treo for those who can't "speak" or decode leet speak). My Ubuntu "craze" didn't last long and you won't find anything about +|230 anyway, so don't search it. The folks over at Ubuntu have done an amazing job, it's a great OS but I don't see any reason for me to drop Windows XP and go to Ubuntu at this stage.
- No doubt I have some other nicknames, but they don't come to mind, they are all long extinct.
